Dear North Collin County Restaurants,

We are pleased to announce the 8^th annual “Taste of Collin County” fundraiser for North Collin County Habitat for Humanity at our best repeat venue – The McKinney Municipal Airport. It will be held Monday, February 25, 2008. This years’ event will be used to help build and offset costs on other homes in the North Collin County area. We are currently building in McKinney, Melissa, Celina, Frisco and Princeton.

We’d like to invite you as a participating restaurant to our event this year. Your support makes this event possible. As there are limited number of booth spaces and chef spaces, the reservations will be on a first-come-first serve basis.
