Food Service Information

Event Theme:  “Beach Balls, Sand, Food and Fun”

The theme is based on the good times on the beach.  The décor will be fun and beach themed.  We suggest all servers to be dressed Hawaiian shirts or beach clothes. Have fun!

1. Restaurants are encouraged to decorate their area with the event’s theme in mind.  You may bring banners, signs, etc. to promote your restaurant.
2. Each booth space is approximately 10’ x 10’ and will include two 8 ft tables.  Electricity will be provided so please bring 100 ft extension cords.
3. Four vendor passes will be provided for each restaurant.  Everyone must check-in.
4. We want to help you build your customer base, so bring your “star” items.  We encourage you to give away any promotional materials at your booth (menus, brochures, coupons, etc.).
5. Food samples needs to be relatively small or bite size.
6. Please plan to serve +900 guests.  We will inform you of the approximate reservation count one week prior to the event.  Note: Past years have experienced numerous day of the event sales.
7. All guests will be given basic plate and tableware at check-in, please provide all other specialized serving utensils necessary to accommodate your food servicing needs.
8. Set up time is between 2:00pm and 4:00pm.  Please be ready to serve by 5:00 pm.
9. Food will be served from 5:30 pm to 9:00 pm.  Please do not begin to disassemble prior to 9:00pm.
10. Each restaurant needs to furnish its own trash bags.  Each restaurant will need to bag trash at their booth.  Move out must be completed by 10:30pm.

Restaurant Awards (judged by the Mayors from local cities)

Prizes will be awarded for the restaurant vendors in the following categories:

1. Best of show
2. Best food     1^st, 2^nd and 3^rd Place
3. Best Decoration
4. Best Dessert
