Additional Information: Ø Set Up time – 2:00-4:00 p.m. NO EXCEPTIONS! February 25, 2008. Tear Down and Clean up time –immediately following event. Ø Space – approximately 10’ x 10’ area, includes two 8-foot tables and ground tarp. Ø After the event Habitat for Humanity will provide you with a tax donation form . Ø Four restaurant passes will be provided to each vendor (any extra crew will be charged for a ticket). Ø Each vendor needs to prepare enough samples to serve at least 900 people. Ø Vendors are encouraged to decorate their tables in the event theme and pass out promotional items. Ø Awards will be given to vendors in the categories of Best of Show, First, Second, and Third place prizes for Food, Best Dessert and an award for best booth. Ø Each vendor is required to submit at least one raffle item (such as a gift certificate) no later than February 15th 2008 to North Collin County Habitat for Humanity-Taste Fundraiser. Ø Vendors offering alcohol beverages must have one person strictly assigned to serving alcohol. Ø Adhere to the City On-Site Compliance Form (enclosed)
